"Tokyo Ghoul" season 3 will reportedly be handled by Madhouse Entertainment from Pierrot Studio. The third season may feature more than 20 episodes but the current source material could only produce until 12 episodes.
As for the events in "Tokyo Ghoul" season 3, News Everyday reports that there will be a new ghoul investigator named Haise Sasaki. However, fans of the manga will know that Sasaki and Ken Kaneki are one and the same. It appears that Ken did not die from his wounds upon fighting Arima Kishou.
