The Phone which was released with a lot of fanfare, Google's new Pixel smartphones is a unique Android device insofar it was designed by Google from the ground up now facing lot of users complaints, it seems that most of the Pixel owners so far have been facing several issues with their devices.

Of course Pixel is Google's first true smartphone effort, there have been some notable hiccups along the way. According to BGR's fresh report the number of bugs are growing consistently on Pixel and Pixel XL, owners are repoting a wide range of worrisome software issues that involve the device freezing up for no apparent reasons, sometime for minutes at a time.

While removing some third party application has alleviated the issues for some users, others haven't been so lucky. Incidentally SNFN have received an email from Pixel users experincing a whole suit of problems, which includes alarms that won't sing at the situated time, also the inability of playing the music or video content, and in some special cases the inability of making or receiving calls.

The same emailer relayed that Google was unwilling to replace the device because he bought it at Verizon. Other Pixel owners, meanwhile, have had better luck securing a replacement or a refund for their faulty device.

Pixel and Pixel XL owners are having the same problem, Android Police notes, "which might indicate a common hardware-software issue. While it's not so widespread that it appears to be happening to all Pixel phones, it looks like a few hundred owners are seeing it at the very least."

Google needs to resolve this issues as soon as possible or else they will loose their credibility and goodwill from their users, what they have made till now by their best smartphone like Nexus series.
