Microsoft Surface Pro 5 Release, Date, Latest News: Windows 10 Hybrid Debuting By Q1 Of 2017
The Microsoft Surface Pro 5 is said to be the Ultimate Laptop according to tech enthusiasts. CEO Satya Nadella revealed that the device is the ultimate mobile device. Its expected release date is in the first quarter of 2017.
As Forbes reported, Apple tries to fix the chipset, limited memory and battery drain issues of the MacBook Pro 2016, the Microsoft Surface Pro Series has been gaining attention. The latest addition to the series, the Microsoft Surface Pro 5, is something tech enthusiasts should watch out for. The device is a 2-in-1 tablet powered by the new Kaby Lake processor. It is said to be more powerful than its predecessor, the Skylake Processor. This new processor is expected to improve the battery life as well as the LTE for cellular data connectivity of the device. The new Kaby Lake processor is said to be released this 2017.
Among its features includes an Ultra-HD display, an additional stylus pen, the Surface Pen, which has magnetic charging capability, Pegatron technology and many more. The device contains the new type of USB port which is the USB Type-C port. It is also said to have the latest version of Windows 10. According to Counsel Heal, the device will be launched with the new Windows 10 Redstone 3 Update. The new OS is expected to roll out in Spring this year. Surface Pro 5 is also said to be released in 2 variants: 2K and 4K. It is believed to come with an $899 price tag.
Microsoft Surface Pro 5 is expected to survive and thrive in the market. Though its release has not been confirmed yet, the device is surely expected to come this year.
