King's Rock: Evolves Poliwhirl into Politoed / Slowpoke into Slowking

Metal Coat: Onix into Steelix / Scyther into Scizor

Sun Stone: Gloom into Bellossom / Sunkern into Sunflora

Upgrade: Porygon into Porygon2

Normally, these items can be found in Pokestops but the condition varies to every player as some can't get a single item in numerous spins, while others get the items easily on their first spin. With this in mind, one cannot tell how fate will lead them to the new evolution items.

There are also two new kinds of berries available in the form of Nanab and Pinab which are as useful as the evolution items. But as per reports from CNET, these berries tend to drop from elsewhere and with some luck; catching Pokemon and collecting candies are made easy.
