Meanwhile, fans were surprised when they learned that the 12th issue of "Weekly Shonen Magazine" will feature "Fairy Tail - Dragon Cry." Awesome colored covers featuring the cast were revealed but very striking was one cover with Natsu half transformed into a dark dragon. A special page also features all of the main characters of the anime with their new costumes for the movie.
Kodansha's "Weekly Shonen Magazine" was the same publication that announced "Fairy Tail's" second movie in May 2015. "Fairy Tail" manga already has anime projects, two TV anime series and a spinoff manga. The first film "Fairy Tail the Movie: Phoenix Princess" debuted in Japan on August 2012 and was an instant hit.
