'The Vampire Diaries' Season 8 Available on Blu-Ray Soon; Episode 14 Plot Synopsis, Promo Clip Revealed!
"The Vampire Diaries" Season 8 may be nearing its end, but it will just get started in Blu-Ray. In addition to that, a cast member will officially return. Plus, the plot description and promo trailer clip of episode 14 "It's Been a Hell of a Ride" is provided here.
"The Vampire Diaries" Season 8 is now available on Blu-Ray. According to Gosh! TV, Warner Brothers Entertainment has officially announced that "The Vampire Diaries: The Complete Eight Season" will be available for purchase on June 13, 2017.
The TV series' Blu-Ray version will be a 1080p Full HD Video with DTS-HD Master Audio for English 5.1. The 3-disc Blu-ray will feature a Hi-definition Blu-ray, and a Digital HD copy of all 16 episodes.
Plus special features which include "Last Days as a Vampire", "The Vampire Diaries: Forever Yours" (Retrospective Special), "The Vampire Diaries: 2016 Comic-Con Panel", and Deleted Scenes.
Melinda Clarke will officially be a part of the last few episodes of "The Vampire Diaries" Season 8. According to Entertainment Weekly, the 47-year-old American actress will reprise his role as Kelly Donovan.
Kelly happens to be Matt (Zach Roerig) and Vicki Donovan's (Kayla Ewell) mother.
As for the official plot synopsis of episode 14, Spoilers Guide notes, "Damon Salvatore (Ian Somerhalder) and Stefan Salvatore (Paul Wesley) must join forces against Cade (guest star Wolé Parks) in order to save Elena Gilbert's (Nina Dobrev) casket. Meanwhile, Caroline Forbes (Candice King) and Alaric Saltzman (Matt Davis) deal with their daughters' burgeoning magical powers."
