"Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" has a confirmed release date. The ending chapter of "Naruto Shippuden" ignites a new arc, a new chapter is headed for Naruto Uzumaki and Sasuke Uchiha. Boruto will make a debut on April 5, 2017, and will be aired in Japan.

So here's everything to know and the preview for the upcoming spin-off of the anime series. The reports suggested that the "Boruto: Naruto Next Generation" will be the start of the new arc. Hinted that the anime series will be shifting into a lighter mood.

A new visual has been revealed for the upcoming new anime series. The poster still features the main character, Naruto, Sarada Uchiha and Mitsuki together with Akimichi Choji, Ino Yamanaka, and Shikadai Nara. Also, Gaara is featured in the visual.

Other reports suggest that the upcoming chapter of "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" will be tackling the origin of each main characters. Especially the character of Mitsuki who is filled with mysteries since the first series, Boruto is also predicted to meet the son of Gaara. Sources suggest that fans might also see a showdown between Boruto and Gaara's son.

The upcoming series will still be producing by Studio Pierrot, Crunchyroll reported that Hiroyuki Yamashita will be directing the series. Noriyuki Abe will be the anime's chief director and other staff has already worked on the "Naruto Shippuden" series from the music composition to character designing.

According to the reports, "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" is expected to feature a full-length series. Like the first Naruto anime which has a total of 716 episodes, the upcoming series is also reportedly to equal the number of episodes of "Naruto Shippuden," Comic Book has reported.

According to the chief's director, Noriyuki Abe, he stated that directing the anime has introduced him to the new era and story. Inhering the story from such a popular anime series, "Naruto." Abe assured the fans that it will all be worth it and the entire production has been working hard to make it more fun and enjoyable.

"Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" is expected to release on April 5, 2017. According to Hiroyuki Yamashita, the director of the anime, they are already excited to give the upcoming spin-off its own identity.
