Miley Cyrus Tattoo: Singer Gets New Mystery Tat From Kat Von D
It seems Hollywood's new generation just can't get enough of the body ink. Miley Cyrus went in to get yet another tattoo from tattoo artist to the stars Kat Von D this past Sunday, and everyone is wondering just what it could be this time.
"Woke up so amped," Kat Von D tweeted on Monday. "Did a fun tattoo on @MileyCyrus last night.. Then tattooing again today, before heading to the recording studio."
Paparazzi were able to snap several photos of Cyrus walking with several male friends to the tattoo shop, thus confirming the tattoo artist's tweet. Cyrus was also seen sporting a bandage on her right arm, so that is likely the location of this latest tattoo.
Cyrus has had quite a few body inking sessions over the years. She got her first tattoo when she was just 17 years old, when she had the words "Just Breathe" tattooed just below her rib cage. She also got more than her fair share of surprised looks when she received an "equals" sign tattoo to symbolize her support for gay marriage.
"When I shared a picture of my tattoo on my Twitter page and said, 'All LOVE is equal,' a lot of people mocked me -- they said, 'What happened to you? You used to be a Christian girl!' And I said, 'Well, if you were a true Christian, you would have your facts straight. Christianity is about love,'" opined Cyrus.
All we can do at this point is speculate as to the content of this latest tattoo, but needless to say, when it is finally revealed Cyrus will receive plenty of attention for it. To her credit, the singer has taken criticism of her lifestyle in stride, refusing to admit that she is anything less than a tireless worker.
"People have this misconception of me that I'm just one of these kids on TV and that now I go off and party and I'm just this ratchet white girl, and I'm not." Cyrus said. "I work really really hard, I'm just in a different environment. I'm young and living and in LA which is everyone's dream, you know."
