Lisa Marie Presley went to court saying that she will not give spousal support to her ex-husband Michael Lockwood in the amount of $40,000 a month. The Graceland heiress said that she is broke and only relies on her monthly allowance and support. Lisa Marie wants Michael to stop harassing her and to get a job. Lockwood was able to visit their twin girls accompanied by a therapist lately despite they were in protective custody of their grandmother. Lisa Marie once had her twins but because of her addiction and financial troubles, her mother, Pricilla Presley, was asked to take care of her girls.

Elvis Presley's only daughter claims that she cannot afford the $40,000 a month support that her ex is asking plus attorney's fees, Mail Online reported. Lisa Marie came out of the courthouse smiling wearing a black pants suit; this was one of her first public appearances after she went into rehab last year.

Meanwhile, TMZ found it rather unusual that Michael Lockwood was able to visit his children last week after the girls were placed under the protective custody of their grandmother. The estranged father took his daughters to the beach in Malibu. Sources close to Lisa Marie and Michael said that the two agreed that Pricilla could take care of the kids temporarily and Michael can visit accompanied by a therapist.

Lisa Marie and Michael Lockwood have had a very shaky divorce with the two constantly fighting about everything. Lockwood allegedly had disturbing photos of children in his computer; Lisa Marie said that he is being investigated because of this. On the other hand, Lisa Marie has been suffering from alcohol and drug abuse problems; Michael said that he has bombshell secrets about the heiress that he can't wait to reveal.

Lockwood said that Lisa Marie Presley violated court rules by saying that he is being investigated over the pictures that were allegedly found in his computer. Furthermore, he said that Lisa Marie is just saying that she is broke. How could she be if she is receiving $5.6 million a year from her trust that her father has left her?
