Scout Willis has had it with Instagram.

The 22-year-old daughter of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis took to Twitter to express her frustration with Instagram's decency policy. It began when she posted a picture of a shirt she designed, which featured two topless women. "The Babe Bomber" shirt was deleted, and her account was suspended, notes Today.

"Why does @Instagram allow photos of heroin being used but deletes a photo of a print of some smoke shows without tops on???" she said.

She also explained that, while photos of breast cancer survivors have been banned, there are overtly sexual images that are allowed to remain. She even started posting these pictures and questioning why they were allowed to stay.

Willis was especially frustrated that, by banning her account, she no longer had access to her photographs. She even pleaded with the photo-sharing app, saying she would never use it but that she just wanted her pictures back.

As she saw she was getting nowhere, Willis decided to take action. She went for a stroll in New York City without a top.

"Legal in NYC but not on @instagram," she said, posting the pictures.

On her Twitter account, she uses Rihanna's picture for her profile. This is the same image that got Rihanna banned from Instagram earlier this year. And Rihanna is supporting Willis as well. She retweeted one of the pictures.

Willis said that this whole thing is more than just allowing tasteful nudes on the picture-sharing site.

"This is about helping women feel empowered to make personal choices about their bodies not dictated by what society says is decent," she said on Twitter.

Instagram responded with a statement. "We try hard to find a good balance between allowing people to express themselves creatively and keeping Instagram a fun and safe place. Our guidelines put limitations on nudity and mature content. Once content is reported to us, we review it and remove if it violates our policies."

The one bit of censorship that Willis did appreciate was when Elle put Rihanna's face on her breasts.

"@ELLEmagazine put @rihanna s on me, that I cannot be mad about," she said.
