There's no doubt that Selena Gomez has been having a tough time lately.

If she truly had a miscarriage and is heartbroken about Justin Bieber, then the 21-year-old singer has been through a lot these last few months. If not, then she's had to deal with a lot of pesky and hurtful rumors.

Now, a source is saying that Selena Gomez has decided to be a born-again virgin.

"Selena has told friends she's completely swearing off men until she's married," the source told InTouch Magazine. "She wants to be a born-again virgin. Selena has done a complete U-turn in the past month and has gone from partying constantly to attending Bible study with a new hyper-religious groups of friends. They've told her it's OK to save herself for marriage, and it will be healthier for her."

After her falling out with Justin Bieber and Kylie and Kendall Jenner after Coachella, she has supposedly turned to religion.

The reported Kylie Jenner and Bieber hookup is being credited as the tipping point.

"She's swapped drinking and partying for all things Jesus," the source added.

Gomez went to Nepal recently and said she was looking for "mental peace."

Her friends are worried that this new Selena Gomez is not a good thing, either.

"They're worried she's just transferred her obsession from one thing to another," the source said. "No one's sure if this is just a phase or the way Selena will continue to live her life long-term."

Gomez's grandfather spoke about her recently, confirming that she does have lupus.

Ricardo Gomez told Radar Online that she was diagnosed with lupus a couple of years ago.

"She's in treatment," said Ricardo. "She's getting along pretty good."

He explained that she works too much, and that everyone, including her agent, wanted her to take a break.
