"Hunter X Hunter" is now teaming up with the new Monster Hunter XX release. According to some reports, this collaboration is the silliest one featuring Gon's older version in the manga and his massive head of hair, Crunchyroll has reported.
Meanwhile, in "Hunter X Hunter" anime series, fans can remember Shueisha gave a deadline to Yoshihiro Togashi, creator of the game to work until Feb. 2017. But the creator did not respond to Shueisha's deadline.
Reports are now concluding that "Hunter X Hunter" Chapter 361 doesn't have a future anymore. Series' last episode was aired on July 2016 and since then, fans did not hear anymore improvement about the anime. Reports claimed that Togashi is now suffering from severe back pain.
Shueisha is now determined about hiring a new team of writers just to complete Togashi's pending "Hunter X Hunter" Chapter 361. But Shueisha is still in doubt about the capabilities of the new writers to be able to pull off quality chapters and Togashi can comply. Furthermore, Takeuchi, Togashi's wife is also under consideration for finishing the script and illustration of the long awaited chapter.
There are reports circulating around that "Hunter X Hunter" creator, Togashi was seen enjoying a party for anime and manga event. Fans are now claiming that Togashi is now in a good health and is able to finished Chapter 361 after waiting for a year. But there's still no update as to when the chapter will be released.
But it is not possible to cancel the whole "Hunter X Hunter" after more than one and a half years off in the air. Maybe the showrunners have lost its interest in continuing the series or they just wanted to try something new, Anime News Network has reported.
Meanwhile, Gon will also appear in the "Monster Hunter XX" and will carry armor items. Gon's armor, arms, legs and head will soon be available for download after "Monster Hunter XX" will be released on March 18, 2017.
