Angelina Jolie Refuses To Forgive & Forget Jon Voight; Warned Dad To Stay Away As She Takes Care Of Six Kids Alone
Angelina Jolie bans his father Jon Voight to stay away from her family and to leave her alone. Reports say that the 78-year old actor has been constantly sending Angelina and his grandkids messages through Angie's staff and this pisses her off. The "Tomb Raider" star wants nothing to do with her father and says she will never forgive and forget. She is now in London enjoying a short vacation with her children as she speaks before a group of students at the London School of Economics.
Angelina Jolie wants Jon Voight to stop bothering her. Her estranged step grandmother, Elke Bertrand, mentioned in an interview with Mail Online in September that Angelina hasn't got many people in her life. Angelina mentioned before that she does not have friends or family to confide in and all she needs is Brad. This interview with Elke was in the light of the "Maleficent" actress' divorce filing.
Angelina Jolie has been estranged from her father Jon Voight for years. Since she adopted Maddox, who is now 15, she hardly spoke to her dad. There was a time when the two temporarily reconciled and was something that Brad Pitt arranged. But after that, Angelina again refused to connect with Jon Voight. The actress is extremely close with her mother who has died of ovarian cancer. Angelina's brother James Haven is also very close to the actress and her kids.
Meanwhile, Angelina Jolie and her eldest son Maddox went on a private tour of Buckingham Palace, The Hamilton Spectator reported. The two were photographed leaving their hotel and entering the palace which was reported to be off limits to the public till July this year. Angelina also talked to a group of students who are currently taking a postgraduate course on Women, Peace and Security at the London School of Economics.
Angelina Jolie talked about her work as a UN special envoy and her experience working with different groups for women's rights. Before her lecture, she said that she was feeling nervous and added that this was important for her. Angelina was one of the founders of the Centre for Women, Peace and Security which was launched in 2016.
