In a recent interview, "Dragon Ball Super" creator Akira Toriyama revealed that he doesn't want Goku to be the main leading character. Instead, Toriyama is eyeing Goku's son to be the main hero in the anime series. Moreover, in the upcoming DBS episode 83 hinting Goku and Vegeta's fight because of the "Tournament of power."

Akira Toriyama first revealed that "Dragon Ball Super" characters were originally based on a Chinese Novel titled "Journey To The West." Gohan should have been the hero according to Toriyama but it didn't work. According to him, Gohan's capability isn't much developed at the time.

Toriyama also revealed that before Goku became one of the strongest characters in the series, he went through a lot of defeats. Meanwhile, the creator realized that Gohan is not suited to be in the place of Goku in "Dragon Ball" Series, as per report of Kazenshuu.

Following the interview of who should have been the hero, Akira also shared his favorite character and he disliked the most.Akira shared that he dislikes Vegeta on all forms, though he didn't reveal further much as to why. Meanwhile, his favorite character is Piccolo because of the way he likes Gohan.

In a different interview, "One Punch Man" creator, Yusuke Murata revealed that Toriyama's "One" is his inspiration for making his anime. Murata shared that he was a great fan of Toriyama's work and wished that he has the same drawing skills he had.

"One Punch Man" lead character, Saitama seems to be as strong as Goku, but Murata revealed he doesn't know who would win. If Goku and Saitama will have a face off and for sure fans of both anime wishes to have.

While "Dragon Ball Super" is on a one-week hiatus, Episode 83 of the series hinted a heated argument between Goku and Vegeta, Comic Book has reported. Spoilers of "Dragon Ball Super" Episode 82 suggests that Goku is doing everything he can to recruit the best fighters in Universe 7 for the "Tournament of Power."

But it seems that Vegeta is refusing Goku's offer to fight and save his universe and seemingly starts the conflict between the two Saiyans. "Tournament of Power" is the problem of Goku that he worried so much, will Vegeta changed his mind and help the team and defend Universe 7?
