Rihanna and Nicki Minaj Song Collaboration: Why is the 'Monster' Singer Using Nicki's 'Pink Print' Hashtag? Pair Rumored to Release Single Together
It seems like Nicki Minaj and Rihanna do not really care about who wins Drake's heart at the moment as they are rumored to release collaboration together.
The "Pills N Potion" rapper, who is currently working on her upcoming third studio album "The Pink Print," took to her Instagram account last week to share a shocking hand-drawn side portrait. The pencil drawing featured a woman with her curly hair tied up, staring ahead with a gun drawn in place of where her mouth and neck should be. "Bang Bang!!! #Barz," she wrote the accompanying caption.
Rihanna then got many fans excited and speculating when she posted a series of tweets, writing what appears to be lyrics from a song, on Tuesday, May 27:
"You gone make me a believer... even if that shit ain't true #Barz. Politics is one bold move... Politics in lovin' you #barz. Your silver tongue is full of lies, with tricks and thrills and Bambi eyes," she said in a tweet.
She continued, "And I hate that all I hate just don't compare, because I love you #barz. Let me make it clear, ain't no place better, than where we're together... just me and my money #bars. You be the type that'll wife her, I take her home and I don't even like her. You be the type that'll fall in love, I be the type that be giving a fuuuuuck."
The "Diamonds" hit maker clearly used the same hashtag #barz that Nicki Minaj previously used on Instagram, and if this is not just an odd coincidence, then the two female artists could be hitting the studio together for their second musical team-up. The last time they collaborated together was back in 2011 when the Trinidadian rapper featured the Barbadian singer on the seductive ballad "Fly" off "Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded."
