Who needs GPS when one has paparazzi, right? Actor Ben Affleck resorted to reporters' knowledge about Los Angeles routes to avoid the marathon.

According to TMZ, Ben Affleck was out in the Pacific Palisades with his kids. The actor realized that he needs to avoid the L.A. Marathon. Ben Affleck was heading to the south and for that he'd have to cross San Vicente Blvd., which was a part of the race course. So when the paparazzi surrounded him the actor casually asked for right directions and went on his merry way.

Ben Affleck did not give the reporters any chance to ask questions about his recent rehab treatment or his still-pending divorce with Jennifer Garner. All they could do is to give the actor directions and wish him a nice day.

According to E! News, Ben Affleck recently announced that he has completed his treatment for alcohol addiction. Fans have been speculating what led the actor seeking medical help for his condition.

Ben Affleck admitted to his fans that he has been struggling with alcohol addiction for quite some time now and decided to seek help. He did this because he wanted to live his life to the fullest and become the best father he can be. "He (Ben Affleck) didn't want to cycle through anything he had dealt with in the past," E! News quoted an insider. "He's moving in a healthy, balanced direction."

The insider further stated that Ben Affleck did not want to hide will continue to work on his health. Seeking professional help was a major step and will prove beneficial for the 44-year old. After the treatment, he is in a good place right now.

Insiders also stated that Ben Affleck going to rehab had nothing to do with Jennifer Garner. The "Batman vs Superman" star took all the decisions on his own, including his public announcement about getting into rehab.
