An open beta for "Destiny 2" is going to be held this upcoming summer, and as of the moment, the game is now available for players who want to pre-order. According to IGN, the announcement about the game came as part of the "Destiny 2's" official reveal trailer.
IGN also confirmed that Bungie will be revealing the first gameplay for "Destiny 2" during a live stream on May 18, 2017. Additionally, "Destiny 2" will also mark the first time that the series is going to be available in the PC market, which also confirms previous reports.

As previously said, an open beta for "Destiny 2" is going to be made available later this year, but those who will pre-order the game earlier will receive early access to the beta. The beta will come to all three platforms, and the games official launch date will be available at a later period.
According to Kotaku, in addition to pre-orders already available, a "Destiny 2" expansion pass is also going to be made available for purchase either separately or as a part of the digital deluxe edition of the game. This would include player access to the two major expansions, which would feature some brand new story missions, competitive multiplayer, cooperative activities, and an assortment of new gear, armor, and weapons that players could choose from.
