The iPad Pro 2 is one of the most talked about upcoming Apple devices. And with this, various rumors and speculations are coming out pointing to the possibility of it sharing the same technology with the NVIDIA Volta.

But despite all of the rumors and speculations regarding its association with NVIDIA, Apple still remains silent about the probability. And with this, another report which states that the technology used in the NVIDIA Volta is only specifically designed for use in smartphones and automotive infotainment applications.

This brings people to conclude that the iPad Pro 2 being similar with the Volta is highly unlikely. According to Telegiz, the NVIDIA Volta is a high-performance graphics processor that is specifically suited for smartphones.

Not Made For Tablets

It can also be used for PCs as it is reported that it is also specifically designed for games products. However, if it was to be used on a tablet device, the whole notion of its development would not be entirely used.

Because of all of the aforementioned information about the nature of the NVIDIA Volta, it is pretty obvious that it will not compliment that upcoming iPad Pro 2 as it is a tablet device. It is also worth noting that the technology that is used to power the two devices doesn't complement each other, thus the iPad Pro 2 isnt compatible to the NVIDIA Volta.

According to University Herald, the iPad Pro 2 and the NVIDIA Volta isn't belonging to the same category, which is why the speculations about it being incorporated to the Apple device is already been debunked by a number of tech analysts and enthusiasts.

iPad Pro To Make Up

With the lack of touch screen feature and a highly innovative design in the MacBook Air, it makes perfect sense for the iPad Pro 2 to make up for these lapses. Hopefully, even though it is most likely to not feature an NVIDIA Volta, it can still be a successful new updated release for one of Apple's most iconic devices.
