Angelique Boyer and Sebastián Rulli Relationship: 'Lo Que La Vida Me Robó' Co-Star Says There's No On-Set Romance
Things may be hot and steamy between Angelique Boyer and Sebastián Rulli in front of the cameras, but co-star Alejandro Ávila says it does not translate off-screen.
In an exclusive interview with TV y Novelas, Ávila added that the Argentinian actor was not the reason that Boyer and Jose Alberto Castro split up.
"The truth is that Sebastián is extremely gentlemanly and a good friend of El Güero Castro," he said. "I very much doubt that he would try something like that. Of course, in life you never know who your perfect match is or the mother of your children."
Ávila says that at the moment there's nothing going on between us, but if they ever do feel like getting together, it's their right.
"Look, if they decide to get together at any moment, they are two single people and they have every right to do it," he said. "What I can say is that during the show and while Angelique was with El Güero, there was nothing going on between the two of them."
When asked if he thinks there could eventually be something between Rulli and Boyer, he responded by saying that he had no idea. He encourages it, but only if that's what they want.
Perhaps it's time for everyone to accept that nothing is going on between the two.
Either way, it seems both Boyer and Castro are moving on with their lives.
On a recent outing, Boyer smiled and hung out with a friend. Meanwhile, Castro has lost forty pounds and has a new telenovela premiering. And he doesn't want to speak about his previous relationship.
"It's a topic that I just don't want to talk about," he said. "It's my private life, and I will not speak further about the topic."
