Sebastián Rulli Health and Fitness Tips: 'Lo Que La Vida Me Robó' Star Says 'RulliCakes' Are How He Keeps In Shape, Get the Recipe Here
Sebastián Rulli, 38, is in amazing shape.
The hunky star of "Lo Que La Vida Me Robó" revealed to "El Gordo y La Flaca" just how he manages to keep it up.
He credits it to something he calls "RulliCakes," which is a mixture of oats, egg whites, bananas, cinnamon and vanilla extract.
He eats these snacks all the time.
"After breakfast or when I'm recording. I'm hungry every three hours," he said. "I kill hunger with that. I've shared it with many friends who have become fans."
But his most important rule is to make time for exercise.
"I make it work," he added. "It depends on the production schedule and the breaks, but we take time and when we have the chance we hit the gym. You can also just go out for a run."
We suppose the "we" he is referring to includes his costars. Angelique Boyer recently talked about her love of working out.
Although the snacks are nothing novel, Rulli has named them after himself.
Of course, this is nothing new for the actor. He also has a special name for the weekends he spends with his son: Santi-Time. The two even wear matching red shirts that say Santi-Time.
For Rulli's recipe, he says that the essential ingredients are egg whites, bananas, oats, cinnamon and vanilla extract. He adds that you can add splenda, sugar or honey if you so desire.

This recipe makes two dozen cookies, and each cookie is about 60 calories.
Ingredients:
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 egg whites
- 1 cup dates
- ½ cup raisins
- 1 ½ cup of rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder is optional
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Defrost and mash bananas in bowl. A few chunks are all right. Mix egg whites into the bowl. Add dates and raisins and also mix well. Then add the oatmeal, and if you are using cocoa powder, add that as well. The mixture should sit for 10 minutes so that the oatmeal can absorb the liquid. Then, spray a baking pan with cooking spray. Use teaspoons to spoon mixture onto the pans. You can use one of the spoons to flatten the cookie. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until it's golden brown.
