Kris Jenner gushed about her new son-in-law Kanye West and watching her granddaughter North West grow up during an interview on NBC's Today Show Thursday.

The "momanger" and proud mother of six opened up about her daughter Kim Kardashian's recent wedding to West, and revealed that she thinks West is a great dad. She also described Kardashian's lavish wedding in Florence, Italy as "beautiful and magical ... it was just a love fest." In fact, Jenner added, "It was the most wonderful time I think I've ever had and it's hard to explain that to somebody in words."

She went on to call West "the best dad in the world."

As of now, the newlyweds are living in Jenner's home until they finish renovating their $11 million Bel-Air home they purchased in January 2013, according to Us Weekly.

"They're still my roommates. It's actually really funny. Yesterday morning I was walking out the door to catch a plane at 4 o'clock in the morning, and Kanye was rolling in from New York. I'm like, 'I can't keep track of everybody!'" said Jenner.

However, she said one benefit of living under the same roof with the couple is all the time she gets to spend with her granddaughter North, who will be 1 in a few weeks.

"It's been amazing watching North grow up" and to see how wonderful a father Kanye with his daughter.

The 58-year-old grandmother went on to talk about how much Kim and Kanye's lives have been changed after having their first child.

"I never would have guessed that the two of them would have just had this little girl wrap them around her finger. It's been so wonderful to watch, just the way that they've taken on to being parents, it's been so amazing."
