Teaser Trailer
The trailer shows Hiccup and his friend Toothless after Vikings and dragons united successfully on Berk island. Snotlout, Astrid and the other members of the group fight in a game of dragon race, which is the most popular contact sport on the island. Both decide to tour through their world, charting unmapped areas and discovering new territories when they stumble across a mysterious woman who has a special understanding of dragons. They also learn about an evil villain's plot to take over the world, something which must be stopped by Hiccup and the other Vikings at all costs.
DreamWorks hopes to make this film into the next huge franchise. Jonsi, the lead singer of Sigur Ros sang the theme song of the first movie, "Sticks and Stones." The group was commissioned to sing the song for the sequel as well. "How to Train Your Dragon 2" will feature "Where No One Goes," which is even better but has the same degree of emotional appeal as the first song of the trilogy. The second chapter promises to be one of Dreamworks' greatest animated productions.
