In some cases, there are some states and countries where they still do not allow those who belong in this group to go out even the policy was lifted.

In the midst of COVID-19, elderlies are not only worried about the health threat brought by the virus but the negative economic impact as well. However, there are many ways that they can earn money online even if they stay at home.

There are sites that allow freelancers to post specific jobs according to another report. However, it is very important to take note that they have to know the mode of payment and other options of payment. Moreover, these are the sites that elderlies can visit to post their skills for a potential job opportunity:

3. Look for a Remote Job

We are now in a "New Normal World" which means that most of the transactions today will be done online. Retirees and elderlies can look for a job remotely like customer service representatives, transcriptionist, and virtual assistants.

It is important to remember not to entertain jobs with an upfront fee and remote jobs that are offering thousands of salaries for a small task.

4. Rent Out a Space in Your Home

Most of you now have extra space in your home most especially if your kids have moved out already. One of the websites that help you look for a client is the Neighbor. The host or the owner is covered with $1 million insurance protection and the stored items are covered up to $25,000.

The potential income could be $1,500 to $2,000 depending on the size of the space that you are renting out.

These are just four of the many remote jobs that the elderly can utilize to generate income while at home. Don't risk your lives working outside if it is possible to work at the comfort of your zone.
