The three suspects, who were charged in connection to the triple murder in Frostproof, Florida, appeared before the court for their initial bond hearing on Thursday afternoon. According to an ABC report, the suspects appeared for the hearing virtually from South County Jail in Frostproof.

Suspect Tony "TJ" Wiggins, 26, is facing three counts of murder in connection to the July 17 fatal shooting incident at Lake Streety that killed Brandon Rollins, 27, and his friends Keven Springfield, 30, and Damion Tillman, 23. TJ is being held with no bond.

Mary Whittemore, TJ's girlfriend, is also being charged as an accessory to the crime. She is being held on a $45,000 bond -- each of her three accessory to murder charges is set on $15,000 bond.

William "Robert" Wiggins, TJ's brother, is also being charged as an accessory to the crime. He is being held on a $46,000 bond -- each of his accessory murder charges is also set to have a bond of $15,000 and another $1,000 for tampering the evidence of charge.

But Dottie Payton, mother of Rollins, was not satisfied with the legal penalty imposed on her son's killer. She said the death penalty "is definitely our number one priority."

The Rollins' family watched the hearing from outside the South County Jail and Payton said: "I just don't understand how that many charges, being a convicted felon and you're out here walking the streets like a normal person."

During Sheriff Grady Judd's press conference on Wednesday, it was revealed that TJ had 230 felony charges, 15 convictions, and has been sent to the prison twice. However, the sheriff did not specify as to what charges led him behind bars.

Cyril Rollins, the father of Rollins, was the first person on the scene after the shooting. He shared that he keeps replaying Brandon's final moments on his mind over and over in his head. He said his son could have called 911 or anybody, but instead, Brandon called him. Cyril said: "He knew his daddy was gonna be here."

Payton also shared that Brandon was outgoing and a mama's boy. She said it will be very hard for her to move on because she usually received a call from her son to pick him up.

Payton also told a news outlet that her son and the two other victims Keven and Damion all grew up together on the same street and spent much of their time out of the lake. She said it's very painful for her as a mother knowing that these three kids, who have been buddies since their childhood, all died together in a fatal shooting incident.
