Los Angeles Lakers star players Lebron James and Anthony Davis are a perfect match on and off the court. The team now leads the series against Portland Trailblazers.

Just like anyone else, if not all, but many are expecting that Los Angeles Lakers will make it to the finals. The superpower team has the best and skilled players in the league, like Lebron James, Anthony Davis, Dwight Howard, J.R. Smith, and more. 

Lebron James and Anthony Davis are a perfect combination of the team. Their relationship goes beyond the court. The two Los Angeles star players always make sure that they embrace each other before they walk off the court and constantly tease each other. 

It is no wonder Los Angeles Lakers has the perfect chemistry to get into the playoffs and possibly their road to the finals. As of this time, the Los Angeles Lakers lead in their playoff match against the Portland Trailblazes with a 3-1 record 

Lebron James and Anthony Davis finished the game three with a score of 116-108 win over the Trailblazers. Lebron James recorded 38 points, 12 rebounds, and eight assists. Meanwhile, Anthony Davis also shined with a score of 29 points, 11 rebounds, and eight assists. 

James and Davis complemented each other as they lead the team in the Western Conference. Anthony Davis said, "You got no choice, to be honest. We like to work. We like to win, but off the court, we're just two guys who like to have fun." This is what Davis said when asked about why his personality clicks so well with James.

It can be remembered that Lebron James missed the NBA playoffs last year for the first time in 13 years. At that time, James vouched for the Lakers to acquire Anthony Davis, who was then playing in New Orlean Pelicans. 

To acquire Davis, Lakers made a big decision by trading their young and star players Brandon Ingram, Lonzo Ball, Josh Hart, and some of their drafts picks. Following the injury of Lebron James last season, Los Angeles Lakers did not make it to the finals. 

Lebron James also admitted that he did not know Anthony Davis closely before they become teammates. After Anthony Davis arrived in the Los Angeles Lakers, the two players felt a connection instantly and bonded over Xbox games. 

James also shared, "When you know yourself, and when you're confident in what you do both on and off the floor, and you know what you represent, then there's no ego. We want both of us to succeed, both on and off the floor. We want our families to be happy. We want each other to try to be as happy as possible."

He added, "There's no ego, so, when you're able to figure that out in life - who you are and what you stand for, then, nothing else matters." James also said that they try not to be nobody else but have their remain as who they are. 

The Los Angeles Lakers need to function for the two star players to be at their full potential while on the court. Lebron James alone or just even Anthony Davis without the help of their teammates will make it difficult for the tea to be in the finals.
