However, it was found out that the alleged crimes and warrant of arrest carry no legal weights at all.
The document first appeared on YouTube titled "ARREST WARRANT 2020-11-13.1 Joseph Biden, Jr." on Nov. 13. The video showed Cindy K. Currier claiming that she has a warrant to present and reads it aloud.
According to the Cornell Law School's Legal Information Institute, warrant fo arrests must be issued by a "competent authority upon a showing of probable cause."
However, it was found out that the warrant of arrest against Joe Biden claims to be from the "Court of Ages," carries a seal that reads "Heirs of Creation Court of Ages," and was signed by Currier.
Biden's warrant of arrest came from 'fake court'
Additionally, it was also found out that the court is fake. Their website claims that the court was established in 2013 and that they work to "restore personal and national integrity to the original Heirs and Guardians of Earth."
It also explained, "The Court recognizes humanity as sole Heirs of Creation and brings action by Natural Law to defend their rights and protect their inheritance."
Moreover, two news outlets, USA Today and Reuters did online searches about it but they did not find such a court.
The USA Today also requested Currier for a comment but they did not give any response. Reuters also reached out to Currier and they said through its post on YouTube that the "Court of Ages is a Universal Court."
"The court decision in the 2014 trial Heirs of Creation v. U.S. Corporation was sent to the World Court. Orders/warrants were delivered to The Hague. It is the responsibility of the World Court to take appropriate action in accordance with the law," Currier stated.
However, both USA Today and Reuters did not find any evidence to prove the existence of the trial in 2014. USA Today did research and they said that the warrant of arrest against Joe Biden is false.
The news outlet also added that the document circulating online came from a fake court with no authority to issue warrants or other legal documents.
The warrant of arrest that circulated on Facebook and Instagram does not have any legal bearing at all and it came from a fake court.
