Famous for being, well, famous, the Kardashian family always seems to find a way to stir up a continual stream of drama in their lives. Now the attention seems to have turned away from both Kim and her directional baby North West and the paternity of Kourtney's son Mason, and is firmly planted on Khloe's marriage to Lamar Odom.

Several weeks ago, lawyer Polina Polonsky came forward to say that she was having an affair with Odom. Last week she sat down with Star magazine to dish on details of her reportedly six-week long romance with the basketball player.

"I was under the impression that he had left Khloe ... he acted completely available and we definitely had a mutual attraction. After we had sex, Lamar stayed the night with me, the next day we went back to the [Roosevelt Hotel]. I stayed there with him for the next couple nights," Polonsky recounted.

Things turned especially ugly Jul. 13. It was then that Polonsky says Khloe caught wind of what was going on and became irate. She stormed up to the hotel room that Polonsky and Odom were sharing, and quickly began to lose her temper. Polonsky soon became frightened at what Khloe might do.

"I told her to leave, but she refused. I called the front desk and asked them to call the police because I was so scared, but no one ever came," Polonsky said. "While Khloe was screaming outside the door, Lamar was calling people to come and get her. She was out of control. The whole scene was so frightening -- and I couldn't understand why we were hiding, because he made it clear that he didn't want to be with her!"

Is it all true? Well, the Kardashian camp is staying surprisingly tight-lipped over the whole incident. Ever since the Polonsky story first broke, Khloe and Lamar have not been seen out in public together, further fueling speculation that there is some truth to the claims of an affair.

Ever the lawyer, Polonsky has already taken steps to legitimize her caims. It is being reported that Polonsky has taken and passed a lie detector test to back up her claims, though those rumors remain unsubstantiated. As for the Kardashians, they remain steadfast in their belief that Khloe and Lamar's marriage is not in jeopardy.

"[Kris] Jenner tells us, "Khloe and Lamar are absolutely not getting divorced. There's been no talk of divorce." Jenner also says both Khloe and Lamar were at her house 2 days ago and everything was fine," reports online gossip site TMZ.
