The Carter family spent quality time together at some of the biggest attractions in New York City over the holiday weekend.

On Saturday, June 14, Beyonce and Jay-Z shared a date night and went to see the Broadway play "A Raisin in the Sun," starring Denzel Washington.

Afterward, the "Grown Woman" singer was spotted leaving the theater dressed in a pink satin pantsuit while her famous hubby wore a navy jacket and pants, reports E! News.

"It was just the two of them and looked like a nice little date night," an inside source told Us Weekly. "They were trying to be incognito, but people were buzzing that they were there."

On the following day, Beyonce and the hip-hop mogul spent Father's Day with their adorable daughter, 2-year-old Blue Ivy, at Kara Walker's "A Subtlety" exhibit at the old Domino Sugar Factory in Brooklyn.

"They're big fans [of Walker]," another source told Us Weekly of the socially conscious artist. "They were both dressed very casual and Beyonce was carrying Blue around the exhibit," the source adds of the star who was photographed wearing a "floral summer dress that matched Blue's."

The insider went on to say that the couple "seemed very happy" at the exhibit, which is open and free to the public.

The 44-year-old rap star was overheard telling others he was "really excited to see the exhibit because growing up, he had always seen the Domino Sugar Factory and he had a lot of memories of it."

The Grammy award-winning singer also took time to celebrate Father's Day by posting photos on Instagram. She shared a touching moment of her husband carrying baby Blue on his shoulders, along with the caption: "Happy Happy Father's Day."
