3 Suspects Wanted for Murder of Missing Georgia Mom Arrested in Mexico
Three people wanted for the murder of a Georgia mom were arrested in Mexico over the weekend. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) said they had arrested three of the five suspects wanted in the April murder of Rossana Delgado.
The bureau identified them as Oscar Manuel Garcia, 26; Juan Antonio Vega, 25; and Megan Colone, 30, WSBTV reported. They were arrested with the help of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Atlanta, HSI Harlingen, Texas and Attaché Matamoros, Mexico.
Rossana Delgado, a Hispanic who lives in Barrow County, disappeared last April 16 from the DeKalb County area. Four days after being reported missing, the body of the 37-year-old mom of two was found in a cabin in Gilmer County.
The husband of the victim, Johnny Castro, said that his wife was finishing a fare driving for taxi service when she vanished.

What Happened to Rossana Delgado?
Johnny Castro said that his wife was at Plaza Fiesta off Buford Highway when he talked to her last. The Georgia mom mentioned that she was about 30 minutes away from her client's house.
However, Castro said that Rossana Delgado did not come home that night. That's why he tried to track her through her cellphone and found out that her last location was in a home near Decatur. Castro said they found a mask with some blood at that location, prompting them to call the police immediately.
As the investigation continues, police have yet to reveal the suspects' motive or how the Georgia mom was killed. But investigators handling the case had released the name of four suspects but had not identified Vega, who is the fifth suspect, until recently.
On April 30, or the 10th day after the body was discovered, police recovered the red Ford Focus of Rossana Delgado and two vehicles that belonged to two of the suspects wanted in her murder.
Authorities arrested Calvin Harvard, 28, and charged him with tampering with evidence and theft by receiving stolen property. Police said Harvard has the Georgia mom's car, which had been reported stolen.
Meanwhile, the three arrested suspects were all returned to the U.S. and currently in Texas jail facilities before being extradited to Georgia to face the murder charges against them, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported.
Investigators said that Colone was traveling with her children, who have been safely returned to the U.S.
The Search Continues for the Other Suspects
Despite the progress on the case, the threat in public remains as there are still two suspects remaining at large. Investigators said they are still looking for Mario Alberto Barbosa-Juarez, 29; and Juan Ayala-Rodriguez, 35.
Authorities asked the public to call the GBI Tipline at 1-800-597-8477 if anyone has information regarding the suspects' whereabouts. But they also reminded the public not to approach the wanted suspects and just call 911 immediately, Fox 5 Atlanta reported.
