Is Taylor Swift really over Harry Styles? Seems like it, as new reports reveal Swiftie has a new love interest. Interestingly, he isn't a singer.

Rumors have always circulated about Taylor, especially when it comes to her love life. Recently, reports say the "We Are Never Getting Back Together" singer has found new love with actor Matthew Gray Gubler, star of the TV series Criminal Minds.

Talk about the two started when Gubler sent a tweet on the Fourth of July saying "next stop New England!" Notably, this is where Swift's Rhode Island abode is. To add to the puzzle pieces of confirmation, according to Hollywood Life, the actor posted an image of himself with the "same patriotic face paint as Taylor's crew on July."

However, in a more recent report by the entertainment news website, it doesn't seem like Swift and Gubler are already official.

"Mutual attraction has led to some hangouts but they are not exclusive," a source close to the singer told Hollywood Life.

Notably, the source notes that Taylor is "in it more than he is." But is this a bad sign for the Grammy Award-winning singer? Not really.

While the two may not be exclusively dating, it's not because Matthew isn't really into Swift. The source notes that it's their tight and conflicting schedules that are keeping them apart.

"They have a distance and different schedules to worry about, so he is looking out for his feelings and hers and treading lightly."

This could be a good sign for Taylor, who has been on several rollercoaster relationships. Her recent breakup with One Direction member Harry Styles is proof that long distance and barely-there relationships don't work as well for Swift. At least, Matthew cares about these things before he hops onto the exclusivity train.

"They are definitely going to try to hang out this next week or two as she's in Los Angeles for her tour," noted the source. "We'll see how sparks fly from there. The potential is great but we'll see."
