On Tuesday, the Orange County Sheriff's Office released its final report on Bob Saget's death, stating that it will abide by a court-ordered permanent injunction prohibiting the release of any new information about the comedian's tragic death.

OCSO added that it will comply with the decision while maintaining a commitment to transparency and obeying the law regarding access to public records.

Last month, the family of Bob Saget filed a lawsuit against Orange County's sheriff and the medical examiner's office, requesting that some investigation records linked to his death be kept private, according to CNN.

On Monday, a Florida judge granted a permanent injunction barring the publication of any new records.

"No Signs of Blood or Bodily Fluids" - Says Reports

According to OCSO's last incident report on the comedian's death, also released Tuesday, Saget's family requested security at the Ritz-Carlton Orlando conduct a wellness check on Saget on his checkout date of January 9 after they were unable to contact him.

Hotel security notified local authorities after finding Saget "unresponsive" and "cold to the touch."

Responding officers discovered the room in order, with "no evidence of a struggle, any type of foul play, or that anyone else was in the room at any time during his stay," the report says.

Saget was lying on his back on the right side of the bed, his left arm loosely over his body and his right arm at his side, half covered by the sheet and bedspread.

According to the report, the sheets, bedspread, and pillowcases on the bed were white, and there were "no signs of blood or bodily fluids" on them or anywhere else in the suite, and Saget seemed to have slight swelling and bruising over his left eye.

While the door between Saget's and the adjacent room was unlocked, the occupants had checked out two days prior and there was no indication of the entrance after that, as per the report.

Saget's room was opened shortly after 2 a.m. local time on January 9, which corresponded to his departure from his Jacksonville show that night, and not opened again until around 4 p.m. by hotel security personnel who came to check on him.

No one entered or left his room until security entered that afternoon at the request of his family, the report says.

According to the investigation, Saget's suitcase included four legally prescribed medications.

Bob Saget's Initial Autopsy Reports

An autopsy conducted the following day by Chief Medical Examiner Joshua Stephany discovered "a fracture at the base of Mr. Saget's skull," indications of bleeding around the brain, and demonstrated the transfer of force that cracked the orbital bones.

It led the chief medical examiner to believe that the injury was "most likely caused by 'something hard, covered by something soft,'" and he gave, as an example, a fall onto a carpeted floor, the report says, per The Guardian.

Such a strike, according to Stephany, would have "stunned" the victim and resulted in symptoms like dizziness, confusion, and slurred speech. He told investigators that Saget would be unable to drive the two hours back from Jacksonville after sustaining such a serious brain injury.

After the autopsy, investigators returned to the hotel to reexamine the scene "that could have caused the trauma." Nothing definitive was identified, as per reports.

Stephany noted Saget's head injury likely happened within a few hours of his death but it could have happened days before.

Authorities conducted a number of interviews with those who interacted with Saget in his final days and produced no evidence of drug or alcohol usage or unusual behavior.

Early morning of January 9, a photo taken at the Ritz-Carlton Orlando at the request of a valet shows no visible signs of injury or trauma to Saget's face.

Blunt head trauma was ruled to be the cause of death, reports say, and the manner of death was determined to be an accident.
