One Jacksonville rapper and R&B singer, known as YK Osiris, has offered to help pay for the funeral costs of the Missouri Boy who fell to death from a Florida amusement park ride.

YK Osiris on Saturday asked him around three million followers on Instagram to help him reach the family of the Missouri boy, Tyre Sampson, who died after he dropped out of his seat from the free-fall amusement park ride, according to a News4Jax report.

The ride was a 430-foot free-fall amusement park ride and is taller than the Statue of Liberty in the middle of Orlando's tourist district, not far from Disney World.

YK Osiris posted an Instagram story saying to tell Sampson's family to message him as he wanted to pay for his funeral cost.

Meanwhile, the Orange County Sheriff's Office and the state Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services declined to comment on the matter, adding that the investigation is ongoing.

Well-known civil rights attorney Ben Crump represents Sampson's father, Yarnell Sampson.

Crump said that the family is "shocked and heartbroken at the loss of their son."

Crump said in a statement that Sampson was the kind of son "everyone hopes for." He added that the Missouri boy was an honor roll student, as well as an aspiring athlete.

A former United States attorney and personal injury lawyer noted that the Florida amusement park will "absolutely" be held liable in an accident that resulted in Sampson's death.

Personal injury lawyer and former U.S. Attorney Neama Rahmani said that the amusement park will "absolutely" be held liable in the incident, which caused the 14-year-old boy's death.

Rahmani added that the amusement park does not only have a duty to make sure that the rides are safe, but the victim was also a minor.

The personal injury lawyer said that they have an "absolute responsibility" to ensure the rides are safe as minors are riding those, according to a Fox News report.

Rahmani noted that the park could argue about the risk by going on the ride, which the lawyer described as a "weak argument."

He also said that "damages are through the roof."

ICON Park tweeted a statement saying that it is currently cooperating with law enforcement and grieving the tragedy.

Missouri Boy Falling From the Florida Amusement Park Ride

Deputies responded to the Orlando Free Fall attraction after it received a 911 call, according to the Orange County Sherriff's Office.

The agency noted that the witnesses on the scene had called to report that someone had fallen from the ride, according to an NBC News report.

Sampson was taken to a hospital in Orlando. Officials noted that the 14-year-old boy died from his injuries.

No charges have been filed yet. Meanwhile, investigators are still eyeing the cause behind the boy's fall, leading to his death.

Orange County Sheriff John W. Mina said that there has been no indication that anything was wrong before Sampson fell to his death.
