Tom Brady seemed to get torched on Twitter by Josh Allen on Monday after trash-talking the Buffalo Bills quarterback over their upcoming golf competition.

According to CBS Sports, Brady initiated the argument by trash-talking the Buffalo Bills quarterback after he announced on Twitter that he would be partnering with Aaron Rodgers to play in a golf match event known as "The Match VI" against Patrick Mahomes and Allen.

Less than an hour after the announcement, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback decided to take aim at Josh Allen with a funny tweet. 

"An artist rendering of me watching @JoshAllenQB 's approach after laying up on a par 4," Brady tweeted. The Buccaneers quarterback included a photo of him shirtless, watching a child wearing a football helmet and swinging his golf club. 

After Allen saw Brady's statement, the Bills quarterback made a hilariously savage response.

"At least he didn't put me in @bradybrand apparel," Josh Allen tweeted with a puking emoji.

Brady responded to the Bills quarterback by putting a crying laughing emoji with a GIF showing a referee giving a red card.

Tom Brady, Josh Allen, Aaron Rodgers, and Patrick Mahones Upcoming Golf Match

Turner Sports announced Monday that Tom Brady and Josh Allen are part of the upcoming gold match, including Aaron Rodgers and Patrick Mahones, the New York Post reported.

Brady also announced this on his Twitter account, where he touted that his teammate in the golf match would be Aaron Rodgers.

The event is scheduled to take place on June 1 at Wynn Golf Club in Las Vegas. The said venue was the place where Brooks Koepka won against Bryson DeChambeau in Capital One's "The Match" last November.

The Post reported that Tom Brady would redeem himself in the upcoming golf match after he and Phil Mickelson were defeated by DeChambeu and Rodgers in "The Match" on TNT last July. Brady's previous match occurred at The Reserve Golf Course at Moonlight Basin in Big Sky, Montana.

Tom Brady Opens Up About His Return to Tampa Bay Buccaneers After Retirement

On Monday, Tom Brady also opened up about why he came out of his retirement and returned to Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Speaking to ESPN, Brady said he knew his body very well, adding that it can "still do what it can do."

"I have a love for the game, I think I'll always have a love for the game... I do think physically, I'll be able to do it. I just felt like there was still a place for me on the field," Brady noted.

Brady also revealed that he came back on the field because he wanted to give the Buccaneers and his teammates another thing to celebrate.

"I wanted to give myself and my teammates and our organization another incredible opportunity to accomplish something that we'd all be very proud of," the Buccaneers quarterback said.

Tom Brady announced his exit on his Instagram account on February 1, posting a photo of himself in the Bucs uniform, saying that it was the time to put his "focus" and energy on other things that required his attention.

He then noted that his decision to walk away from the league came after his reflection by asking himself "difficult questions."

In the retirement post, Brady thanked his wife and children for serving as his "inspiration" while he was in the field. But in March, the veteran QB announced the end of his retirement, saying that his place was not yet on the sidelines of the football field.

"These past two months I've realized my place is still on the field and not in the stands. That time will come. But it's not now," Tom Brady noted.

The football player also said he loves his teammates and family, and he still has an "unfinished business" that he needs to finish.
