Amber Heard finished testifying Tuesday in Johnny Depp's defamation case filed against her at a Fairfax, Virginia court, with admissions to sneaking James Franco into her penthouse but never assaulted any partner.

According to USA Today, Depp's attorney Camille Vasquez ended her cross-examination of Heard in the afternoon, followed by the redirect questioning of the actress that lasted only a few minutes. A portion of the cross-examination reportedly focused on an altercation between Depp and Heard in Australia in March 2015. 

CBS News reported that it was during this fight that Depp sexually assaulted Heard with a liquor bottle, and the actress severed the tip of her ex-husband's finger. Both have reportedly denied the other's allegations.

When Vasquez asked Heard if she was the one who assaulted someone with a liquor bottle in Australia, the actress said she "didn't assault Johnny in Australia and "didn't assault Johnny ever."

When asked why there was no evidence of injury from her sexual assault, Heard said she "didn't seek treatment," even though she noted that her feet were cut by broken glass and bleeding after the attack.

"I just remember being aware that I was being assaulted by a bottle on the countertop," the actress noted.

Vasquez ended her cross-examination by questioning Heard about allegations that she hit her ex-girlfriend Tasya van Ree in 2009. 

Two police officers reportedly witnessed the "Aquaman" actress smacking van Ree in the arm and pulling her necklace off. Reports said the actress was arrested, but the charges were quickly dropped.

When Vasquez told Heard that Depp was not the only partner she had assaulted, the actress maintained that she never assaulted any partner or person she was romantically linked to.

Amber Heard Says Op-Ed Was Not About Johnny Depp

Johnny Depp's lawyer also addressed the op-ed during Heard's testimony on Tuesday. Vasquez asked the actress if specific parts of the article were about the actor.

Heard noted that the op-ed was about her experiences in the wake of getting a restraining order against Depp in 2016. 

"This is about what happened to me once I left that relationship and got a TRO and became associated with domestic violence," the actress said.

According to Heard, the article was about a bigger issue rather than specific to Depp.

"When powerful men, in general, do something horrible or something they shouldn't there is a system in place to protect them, clean up after them, maintain them, keep them afloat... It was not about him [Depp]," the actress noted.

Johnny Depp's lawyer also asked Amber Heard why James Franco visited her at her Los Angeles penthouse in May 2016. It was reportedly the day after the violent argument with Johnny Depp that was the final straw in their marriage.

"You knew that Mr. Depp was out of town on May 22, 2016, didn't you?" Vasquez asked the actress, adding that the visit came the day after she changed the locks. Heard replied that she did not know Depp's schedule at the time and that Franco was her friend.

The jury in Fairfax courthouse was shown surveillance footage of Franco and Heard in the elevator of the apartment building. In the video, Franco is seen putting his head on Heard's shoulder in an affectionate gesture.

According to People, the actress admitted that Franco came over to her home the night before she filed for divorce from Depp.

"He [Franco] lived quite literally next door. I'd exhausted my support network, and I was happy to welcome as much friendship as I could possibly get," Heard said.

The actress maintained that she and Franco were "close" friends. The two made two movies together. Heard claimed that Depp would often get jealous and accuse her of having affairs with costars and did not want her to continue acting.

Depp and Heard are battling over a 2018 op-ed the actress wrote for the Washington Post, calling herself a domestic violence survivor.

The piece did not mention Depp by name, but the actor claimed he was booted from the "Pirates of the Caribbean" franchise due to the "clear implication" that he was the abuser in his ex-wife's op-ed.

Johnny Depp further alleged that Amber Heard was the actual "perpetrator" of the violent encounters that damaged their relationship. He is asking for $50 million in damages.

On the other hand, Heard has filed a $100 million counterclaim against the actor, who she divorced in 2017, for nuisance.
