Ivanka Trump and Eric Trump took to social media on Thursday to share a heart-wrenching tribute to their mother, Ivana Trump, following her death.

Ivanka took to Twitter to post a picture of her when she was little, with her mother, looking gorgeous and pretty in a shiny black mini dress. She then shared in the tweet that she was heartbroken about Ivana Trump's passing.

Ivanka then expounded on her mom's positive traits.

"Mom was brilliant, charming, passionate, and wickedly funny. She lived life to the fullest - never forgoing an opportunity to laugh and dance," Ivanka said.

Former President Donald Trump's daughter then ended her message to her mother by saying that she will miss her and keep her memory alive in their heart.

Ivanka Trump's brother, Eric Trump, took to Instagram to post a slideshow of photos with their family and announce the passing of their mother.

"Our mother was an incredible woman - a force in business, a world-class athlete, a radiant beauty, and caring mother and friend," Eric said about his mom.

Eric went on to say that their mother taught them about grit, toughness, and compassion. He ended his tribute to Ivana Trump by saying that she will be missed by her mother, her three children, and 10 grandchildren.

Donald Trump Wife: Ivana Trump Dead on Thursday

The tribute of Ex-President Donald trump's children came the same day when the death of his ex-wife was announced. According to CNN, her death was announced on truth Social on Thursday.

Ivana Trump, who died at 73, reportedly met her demise in her home in New York City.

It was not yet clear what caused her death, but the New York Fire Department mentioned that they responded to a report about an individual suffering from cardiac arrest at the residence. This matched a report from the New York Police Department (NYPD) that they responded to a 911 call about an "aided individual" at about 12:40 p.m.

The Emergency Medical Service then pronounced Ivana Trump dead at the scene. Police sources told ABC News that Ivana was found unconscious at the bottom of a set of stairs in her apartment.

The police are now reportedly investigating whether she fell on the stairs, or if the fall contributed to her death.

Reports claimed that a medical examiner is now set to determine Ivana's cause of death.

Meanwhile, the NYPD underscored that any criminality did not appear to be related to Ivana Trump's death.

Donald Trump Wife: Who Is Ivana Trump?

Ivana Trump, who was born in Czechoslovakia, partnered with ex-President Donald Trump on some of his most prominent real estate projects. The two married in 1977.

In his book "Trump: The Art of Deal," the former president referred to Ivana as a "great manager." He also described his ex-wife as "demanding and very competitive."

Ivana Trump was appointed as the CEO of Trump's Castle, one of the former President's hotel casinos in Atlantic City. She also authored some best-selling books and opened her clothing line.

However, the duo decided to go their separate ways in 1992 in the light of the revelation that the former president had an affair with Marla Maples, who eventually became his second wife.
