Eva Longoria opened up about how she overcame jealousy of her previous flames.

The "Desperate Housewives" star tackled the relationship issue during an episode of her "Connections with Eva Longoria" podcast that premiered earlier this week, per the Daily Mail.

Longoria sat down with author Isabelle Allende during the said episode, where they talked about their experiences during their past relationships.

"I also think jealousy takes up such an amount of energy. I remember being so jealous and like your stomach is inside out," Longoria said, asking who would want to have that kind of "worst" feeling.

The "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" star then reflected the difference between her current relationship with her Husband Jose Baston from her previous flames.

She noted that when she married Baston when she was 40 years old, she asked her husband to enjoy their life together. However, Longoria admitted that she and her husband still have arguments at times.

"I mean I do yell at him for the toothbrush or something like that, still," Longoria shared.

It can be recalled that Longoria was married twice before settling down with Baston. Eva's first marriage was with Tyler Christopher in 2002, but they divorced after two years. In 2007, she remarried professional basketball player Tyler Christopher, but they divorced in 2010, accusing the athlete of infidelity.

Eva Longoria and Husband Jose Baston's Marriage Secret

In April, Eva Longoria also shared a secret she and her husband Jose Baston do to keep their marriage happy.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Longoria shared that they try to unplug from outside distractions and take time to connect with each other, per People.

"We have dinner every night and have a glass of wine all the time," Longoria noted, adding that she always talks with Baston at the end of each night.

However, Longoria still admitted that technology still gets to them, claiming that she has checked her phone for emails and texts because of her six businesses. Despite that, Longoria shared that she tries to turn her phone off at home.

Eva Longoria and Jose Baston were introduced by a friend twice. Since their second meeting, the couple became inseparable and even went on a four-hour lunch date the next day.

The two then became engaged in 2015 after they began dating for about two years. Baston proposed to Longoria while they were on their vacation in Dubai.

The couple tied the knot on May 21, 2016. Baston and Longoria held their marriage ceremony in Valle de Bravo in Mexico.

Longoria and Baston are now living as a family of six, as she was living with Baston's three kids from a previous relationship. Eva said that she considers Baston's children as her own.

Longoria also shares a child with Baston named Santiago. Longoria gave birth to Santiago in 2018.

In an interview with Haute Living, Longoria shared that she wants Santiago to figure things out on his own, as well as make sure that structure and discipline are also imposed.
