350.org Reacts on Senator Joe Manchin Withdrawing Dirty Deal From Senate Vote
After Senator Joe Manchin's "permitting reform" provision drew opposition from both parties, Manchin asked Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer to withdraw the legislation as a provision to the continuing resolution to fund the government.
