Sofia Vergara has been a busy woman lately, as it seems she has her hands in a little bit of everything at the moment. Most recently, she has started up her own line of shapewear that aims to provide women with gently sloping curves while doubling as a sexy piece of (almost) lingerie.

"Shapewear has always been a part of a woman's wardrobe, but I wanted it to look cute, not like a horrible girdle," says Vergara. "It's for the everyday woman who wants to look good without spending a lot of money on shapewear, earrings or high heels that make her look cute and sexy."

Shapewear isn't the only thing that Vergara swears by. Apparently, it takes quite a bit of work to maintain one's image as an international sex symbol. As Vergara points out, there's very little that's natural to being that attractive.

"I don't believe in a natural look. Lipstick brightens your face! Unless you're Gisele Bündchen or 19, you need something. Most of my girlfriends are very good with it because they're Latin, but some of the Americans, I give them lipstick like, 'Put it on!'" says the Modern Family star.

The 41-year-old Vergara also says that she routinely uses shapewear whenever she has to walk down the red carpet. Unsurprisingly for the talented actress, that is a fairly regular phenomenon, and she once again served up a treat to the paparazzi when she attended the Emmy Performer's Party, looking stunning with a slimmed-down figure.

"At the Emmy Performers Party!!! So excited to be nominated again!! Luv my job❤❤❤❤," she tweeted Monday night.

Vergara also has a big role in the new movie "Fading Gigolo." Written and directed by John Turturro, the film centers around an old man who hires his younger employee to be a gigolo for him. That gigolo ends up getting into a steamy threesome with Vergara and her co-star Sharon Stone.
