Drake Bell Found 'Safe' After Being Reported Missing in Florida
Drake Bell, who was reported "missing and endangered," was found "safe" and in contact with law enforcement officials, police said.
The Daytona Beach Police Department confirmed on Thursday that the "Drake & Josh" actor has already been in contact with law enforcement. Police did not provide additional details like where Bell was located.
Variety reported that the actor responded to the news of his disappearance through Twitter on Thursday, writing, "You leave your phone in the car and don't answer for the night and this?" Bell added a laughing emoji to his tweet.
Police officials confirmed to Yahoo! Entertainment that deputies have been in contact with Bell, adding that the actor was safe after three hours of their initial call for help.
The Daytona Beach Police Department announced in a Facebook post on Thursday morning that they were looking for the actor, using his real name "Jared Bell." They included his last known location, "potentially the area of Mainland High School."
The police department then asked the public to contact Detective Jayson Wallace at 386-671-5207 if they had seen the actor, who was last seen traveling in a 2022 gray BMW.

Drake Bell's Law Enforcement Encounter
Drake Bell was a former Nickelodeon star cast in "The Amanda Show," which ran from 1999 to 2002; "iCarly" in the years 2007 to 2012; and a "Drake and Josh" from 2004 to 2007.
However, it was later revealed that the fortune he made from the notable shows was already gone, with the actor racking up more than $1.5 million in debt.
After his financial problems were aired to the public, the downward spiral of his life continued starting with legal challenges and reports of substance abuse.
Daily Mail reported that Bell was arrested twice for driving under the influence (DUI). He was also accused of physical and verbal abuse by his ex-girlfriends.
Bell was also charged with sending "inappropriate" messages to a 15-year-old girl when he was 31. He also had a fallout with his former friends.
Bell pleaded guilty to DUI charges and was sentenced to four days in jail and four years of probation. He was also required to attend an alcohol education program.
Drake Bell's Career
Drake Bell was born in June 1986 in California. His father was Robin Dodson, a professional billiards player. According to Famous People, the actor has three older brothers and one older sister.
Bell's father helped him start a career in acting. At the age of 5, he landed a commercial job with his first televised commercial for "Whirlpool Home Appliances."
He made his first appearance on television in 1994 after acting in one episode of the TV series "Home Improvement."
Bell then landed a role in a movie with the 1996 film "Jerry Maguire," and acting an episode of the hit TV series Seinfeld. He was in the episode "The Fogger" in 1998.
Bell's career got a major boost in 2004 after getting a lead role in Nickelodeon's '"Drake & Josh" show, which was named after him.
