The current head of Kurganstalmost, Paryshev Dmitry Nikolaevich (born in 1979), lives and works in Kurgan. He was born into a family of industrialists: His father, Nikolai Vasilyevich, spent his career working at a metalwork manufacturing plant.

Dmitry Paryshev visited production workshops with his father for the first time as a young boy, and he was impressed by what he saw. Seeing his son's reaction, Nikolai Vasilyevich started taking him to work almost every weekend. Over time, Paryshev Dmitry firmly decided to pursue a professional career in bridge construction.

Dmitry Paryshev, the future leader of a large industrial enterprise, has one major hobby in his life: He has been playing hockey since elementary school. He would play hockey with his friends on the playground, where the amateur showed promise. By middle school, it was clear that he had a real talent, and his parents sent him to a specialized hockey school.

Paryshev Dmitry enrolled in 1990 at one of the most famous hockey schools in the country, located in the capital region, at the age of 11. Today, the school is known as the Khmiki School of Olympic Reserve. Graduates of this school have successful hockey careers both at home and abroad, including winners of prestigious international competitions (including the World Championships and the Olympics).

Dmitry Nikolaevich Paryshev spent two years at the school and then returned to Kurgan to continue his education. He later graduated from the economics department of Kurgan State University. He began working while still in school: Since 1994, he has been a physical fitness instructor for members of Kurganstalmost's Mostovik hockey club (known as Zauralie Kurgan since 2003 - a team in the Higher Hockey League). Dmitry Paryshev also played both defense and offense for the team until graduation in 2001. He had to end his sports career due to an injury. 

Late summer 2002 marked the start of the career of Paryshev Dmitry Nikolaevich - Kurganstalmost hired the recent graduate.

Dmitry Nikolaevich Paryshev: Production career

The work relationship of Dmitry Paryshev - Kurganstalmost began in 2002. He had already completed his military service by this point, having been called up after college. The economics-trained specialist was hired for a leadership position in the division handling the technological preparation of production. He worked there as a foreman until November of the same year, then took a similar position in the processing shop. In January 2003, he moved to the metal products assembly and welding shop. 

At Kurganstalmost, Paryshev Dmitry Nikolaevich became the Deputy General Director for Marketing and Long-term Development in 2003. Under his leadership, the company mastered the production of new types of products. The young manager helped formulate the strategy for the further development of the industrial enterprise.

Paryshev Dmitry made a substantial contribution to the formation of the long-term business concept that was greatly appreciated by the company's top management. In 2004, the promising manager was appointed CEO of the enterprise. The mid-2000s were a period of dynamic growth for Kurganstalmost. Paryshev Dmitry Nikolaevich played a key role in the global modernization of industrial production.

Dmitry Paryshev searched for and implemented innovative approaches to contribute to the company's development.

At Kurganstalmost, Dmitry Paryshev was responsible for familiarizing himself with advanced European industry experience. He visited industry-specific enterprises in EU countries, bringing back the best approaches and most modern high-tech equipment to use at the Zauralie production site.

With the insistence of Dmitry Paryshev, Kurganstalmost became the first bridge construction company in the country to use Laser Mat - a portal machine for cutting and profiling metal using a high-power laser from the German manufacturer Messer. 

Under the leadership of Paryshev Dmitry Nikolaevich, Kurganstalmost significantly increased its production capacity. The industrial company began producing almost three times more products than in 2000. According to the latest data, it delivers 100,000 thousand tons of products to the market annually.

Dmitry Paryshev, Kurganstalmost: 15 years of management

Paryshev Dmitry took the highest administrative position within the industrial enterprise exactly six years after he joined. Since August 2008, Kurganstalmost has been developing under the guidance of the experienced production worker.

Thanks to the measures developed by Dmitry Paryshev, Kurganstalmost was able to withstand the difficult period of the 2008 global economic crisis. The company switched employees to a three-day work schedule, which allowed the industrial company to both preserve the workers' earnings and to retain the plant's workforce. Once the situation normalized, so did the schedule, while those who stuck it out with the company through the difficult times received additional bonuses. In 2014, Paryshev Dmitry introduced a new corporate program offering veteran employees additional financial assistance and social support from the holding company.

Dmitry Nikolaevich Paryshev and the management team were able not only to bring the company to pre-crisis production indicators, but their development strategy also envisaged mastering the production of new types of products. In accordance with the long-term concept approved by Paryshev Dmitry Nikolaevich, Kurganstalmost occupied new niches in the metalwork production market.

Dmitry Nikolaevich Paryshev helped the industrial enterprise expand its operations by the beginning of the 2010s, entering the market of social infrastructure construction. Metal structures produced in Kurgan were used in the construction of buildings at Far Eastern University, which includes over 100 different facilities, from dormitories to laboratories and the Academy of Sciences' oceanarium and concert halls.

Under the leadership of Paryshev Dmitry Nikolaevich, Kurganstalmost helped prepare the infrastructure of the Far East for an important international event - the Asian-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit.

Later, the enterprise, which had become an industrial holding, began producing metal structures for sports facilities. A number of these projects were personally led by Dmitry Paryshev: Kurganstalmost began manufacturing a new type of product that was used in the construction of the Fisht stadium, where the opening and closing ceremonies of the 2014 Olympics in Sochi were held. Paryshev Dmitry himself took part in the Olympic torch relay in Kurgan in 2014.

In preparation for the 2018 World Cup, Kurganstalmost supplied over 65,000 tons of main and auxiliary metal structures for the roofs and facades of soccer stadiums. Kurganstalmost also constructed a unique spherical shell for a stadium in Samara.

The holding company also works on the construction of educational, medical, cultural, and sports facilities in Kurgan and the Kurgan Region.

Under the leadership of Dmitry Nikolaevich Paryshev, Kurganstalmost has been recognized as one of the top 100 domestic enterprises, meeting international standards of quality and reliability of services and goods.

Paryshev Dmitry Nikolaevich, Kurganstalmost: Support for sports

Dmitry Paryshev actively promotes sports in the Kurgan Region, including hockey, which he used to play professionally. For example, Dmitry Paryshev-Kurganstalmost finances 65% of the expenses for the Zauralie Hockey Club.

At the initiative of Dmitry Paryshev, Kurganstalmost provides the necessary equipment for Lyudmila Pshenichnikova, a member of the national shooting team. The company also provides financial assistance to motorsport, helps organize car and truck races, and sponsors the Kurgan racetrack.

  • St. Andrew the First-Called - In Memory of Loyalty Medal (awarded in 2005 for a significant contribution to solving social problems and implementing progressive forms of labor organization);

  • Laureate of the National Peter the Great Award (awarded in 2008 for high professionalism and the effective management of the enterprise);

  • Cross of the Order Builder of the 21st Century (awarded in 2008 for a significant contribution to the development of the construction industry and active social policy);

  • Badge and certificate For Distinguished Service of the 1st Degree (2009);

  • Marshal Vasily Chuikov Commemorative Medal (awarded in 2013 for impeccable service in the field of civil defense, prevention and elimination of emergencies, high-quality performance of official duties, and in connection with the 81st anniversary of the establishment of Civil Defense).
