Eiza Gonzalez is a beautiful young actress, who insists her looks are the result of weight loss and aging.

Though the actress has no problem admitting that she has had a nose job, she says she owes her high cheekbones to losing weight and because she has matured since she was on "Lola, érase Una Vez," a show she starred in as a teenager.

"It makes me laugh that people think I am offended when they tell me that I was fat in 'Lola'," she said. "It was seven years ago. What do you think? People don't change? I don't need to get 'operated' to not have cheeks and to look the way I look. It's called maturing, growing and losing weight. I'd die to see your pictures at 16."

The actress was not shy about letting her critics have it. She sent a series of long tweets to call them bitter and rotten on the inside. Gonzalez also said that everyone is beautiful in their own way, and that everyone should embrace every part of their life because one never knows when it will end.

One of her biggest characteristics is always being honest, she said.

As such, in another lengthy tweet, she talked about plastic surgery.

"I have always had the ovaries to accept everything that I do," she said. "Like when I accepted that I had a nose, and what? Do you know how many people get operated daily? And they don't accept it, and I don't go around saying that I didn't like many people."

She said that the day that she does something else to make herself look better, she will definitely let people know.

As for how she gets her figure, Gonzalez said it's all due to exercise.

"Well I wake up early and hit the gym, even though I'd much rather be eating chocolate all day," she said. "I try to eat well. It's not magic. It's very easy. All you have to do is be conscientious. If you wanted to, you could do it, too, and you'll be happier with your life. Apply yourself and you'll see."
