Travis Kelce is finally addressing those pesky rumors that he is ready to propose to his girlfriend, Taylor Swift, during a recent press conference just before Super Bowl XVIII.

While Kelce wanted to focus on the game, all reporters were asking him was whether Taylor Swift would be his bride. However, according to E! News, the all-star tight end intercepted any engagement speculation.

"I'm focused on getting this ring," he told reporters. "That's all my mind is focused on right now." It should be noted while he avoided answering the yes or no question of whether he would ask Taylor Swift to marry him, he did not flat-out reject the engagement rumors, causing even more speculation to surface.

As for Taylor Swift, she is preparing to launch a brand new album, and her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, has teased that he has already heard some of what is included. I have heard some of it, yes, and it's unbelievable," he admitted. "I can't wait for her to shake up the world when it finally drops."

That album will also contain collaborations with Post Malone for a song titled "Fortnight," as well as with Florence + the Machine for a song titled "Florida!!!" Taytay also has a song titled "So Long, London," which may be an apparent nod to her British ex-boyfriend Joe Alwyn.

During that same press conference in Las Vegas, Nevada, Travis Kelce continued to heap some praise on his superstar girlfriend, saying, "She's unbelievable, she's rewriting the history books herself." This comment came after the singer won her fourth Grammy Award for Album of the Year.

Kelce also kind of admitted he is feeling the pressure after his girlfriend's big Grammy win, saying that he must now win this year's Super Bowl to match her, saying, "I told her I'll have to hold up my end of the bargain and bring home some hardware, too."

The romance between the two has attracted several conspiracy theories, alleging that their relationship is all a "left-wing psy-op" so they could convince Americans to vote for Joe Biden in this year's elections. While Taylor Swift endorsed Joe Biden in 2020, Travis Kelce has been the face of Pfizer's COVID-19 vaccination campaign, and this is something that irks MAGA supporters.

A lot of media attention for this year's Super Bowl is focused on Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift, and this is seen during the Super Bowl Media Day, or "Opening Night," as the Kansas City Chiefs star had "the largest media throng to ever assemble around a single athlete," according to Yahoo!

A mass of cameras and microphones were all around Travis Kelce, with many asking about those engagement rumors. This resulted in him being granted the record for the "Biggest Super Bowl Media Contingent" as reporters swarmed around him while his girlfriend is currently in Tokyo for her Eras Tour.
