New Mexico: Missing Infant Found Alive, Suspect in Custody
A Missing New Mexico infant girl, Eleia Maria Torres, abducted from a park near Clovis, Mexico, has been located unharmed, announced the FBI in Albuquerque on Monday.
Clovis police stated, "Baby Eleia has been taken to a local area hospital as a precautionary measure."
The suspect, Alek Isaiah Collins, 26, is in custody, according to CBS News.

Cisneros, identified as Eleia's mother, and Allen were fatally shot.
The 5-year-old girl, whose name has not been released, sustained a gunshot wound to the head and remains hospitalized.
A witness reported hearing gunshots in the park, though it was not immediately communicated to law enforcement.
Officers discovered the victims with their purses and belongings nearby, along with a silver Dodge minivan belonging to one of the women.
"Officers immediately began searching the area for the infant," police stated.
Infant-related items, including a car seat, stroller, and baby bottle, were also found at the scene.
Capture in Abilene
Collins, the alleged perpetrator, was apprehended in Abilene, Texas, approximately 260 miles away from Clovis.
Acting on a tip, law enforcement, including the FBI, raided a house where Collins was staying.
He faces charges of double homicide, one count of kidnapping, and two counts of child abuse.
Police assert that Collins murdered Samantha Cisneros and Taryn Allen at Ned Houk Park on Friday, in addition to shooting Cisneros's 5-year-old daughter and abducting Eleia.
Authorities have ruled out any familial ties between Collins and the victims, ABC 7 reports.
