"Jersey Shore's" Jennifer Lynn Farley, also known as JWoww, gave birth to a baby girl Sunday afternoon.

Following the birth of their first child together, Roger Mathews took to Twitter to express his joy and excitement over his baby girl.

"She is here! Meilani Alexandra Mathews 7lbs 13 ounces. Words can't describe what looking into your child's eyes can do to you. Im Humbled," Mathews tweeted Sunday.

On Monday, Farley joined in on the excitement in a blog on her her website. "My precious baby girl, Meilani Alexandra Mathews, made her debut at 12:49 pm, weighing 7 pounds, 13 ounces. She is perfect! Thank you all for the beautiful messages and best wishes. Your love and support during this amazing time in our lives means everything to me, Roger and baby Meilani! I can't wait to share more precious moments with you guys!! So blessed! XOXO." Continuing with the joy over his daughter, Mathews gushed over Meilani's "cooing noises." "She makes cooing noises while she sleeps.Amazing how a simple little noise can make you want to make the world a better place for her 2 live," he tweeted.

TMZ reported that Farley's labor was induced and she gave birth in New Jersey. Farley's family flew out to Jersey to witness Meilani's birth, but it's not clear whether any "Jersey Shore" co-stars also were at the hospital.

"Jersey Shore" co-star Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi was not at the hospital for Meilani's birth, but the mom-to-be announced on Facebook that she was getting ready to meet her new niece.

"Getting dolled up to meet my niece! So proud of my boo JWOWW !!" Polizzi wrote.

So far, Meilani is already adopting her mom and auntie's signature "Jersey Shore" Gym, Tan, Laundry lifestyle by trading in her "baby bottle for barbells," a rep for E! News reported.
