Angelique Boyer continues to prove that she is a hardworking actress.

After wrapping up "Lo Que la Vida Me Robó," she immediately started working on a new project. She will next be seen on the stage for "Los Derechos de la Mujer," which is being produced by Rubén Lara. She will star in the comedy with some of her co-stars from "Lo Que la Vida Me Robó."

The actress recently spoke out about what this project has meant to her, according to People En Español.

"I'm doing well," she said. "Happy to be working with Rubén, who is a great human being. To be experiencing it with all my friends, listening to the people in the theater is a great gift for my heart. It makes me well."

Boyer recently lost her mother, Sylvie Rousseau, 49, from complications of open-heart surgery.

She immediately went back to work because she didn't want to hold up production, and she has said that work has been therapy for her.

The 26-year-old actress recently spoke about being chased by the paparazzi. She called out the photographers for hounding her and for looking for new ways to provoke actors. She refused to talk about whether Rulli really hit a female paparazzi.

Boyer added that she has been very honest and that she has proved it time and again.

"When it came to my mother's death, I showed you my face," she said. "I don't have anything to hide. I have a private life, and I'll say what I want to say. The media is not going to accelerate things in my life."

On top of speaking to the media, Boyer is known to release statements through her social media. This is something she did after her mother's death and also after her split from Jose Alberto Castro.
