When "50 Shades of Grey" author E.L. James broke the big news about the final casting decision for the movie adaptation of the book, the biggest question asked by many was, "Who?" Charlie Hunnam is the actor set to play Christian Grey while Dakota Johnson will play the naïve Anastasia Steele.

Before we see her shine in the "Fifty Shades of Grey" movie, let's get to know the face unknown to most but brave enough to take on such a highly coveted role.

The young Hollywood actress is the daughter of former 'Miami Vice' lead Don Johnson and popular veteran actress Melanie Griffith. Note that since Griffith later married "Zorro" star Antonio Banderas, Dakota now has a celebrity stepdad too!

Her first film debut was "Crazy in Alabama," where she played the daughter of her real life mom along with her real life stepsister, Stella Banderas. Johnson also shared a bed scene with Justin Timberlake for the movie "The Social Network." For Fox's "Ben and Kate," she plays the character of a neurotic single mom who allows her goofy brother to move in and help her raise her kid. The show was canceled after just a single season.
