GTA 5 Bug Fixes and Updates: Heists Coming Soon, New Islands in the Future?
One Grand Theft Auto 5 fan has apparently found new animation cycles that prove that online heists are coming soon for the GTA 5.
Going by the name of Chrom3 xMoDz on YouTube, the fan showed the folders that contain the animations to the new heists to his YouTube followers. There were over 100 new animations.
He showed where the files and folders were located and displayed the animations as well. The file names contain "MP" in most of their file names so that like means that they are multiplayer animations for usage in GTA 5 Online.
More Islands?
A Reddit user, ImaPepper1885, created an image of what it would look like if Rockstar added new islands to the Grand Theft Auto V map. He included in the picture three islands: Los Santos, Los Venturas and San Fierro.
While it's unlikely that GTA will add these islands, Rockstar did hint that the maps could be getting bigger. In an interview with CVG last year, Rockstar North president Leslie Benzies said the game would expand "forever." It's unclear what he meant by that, but it's probably regarding GTA 5 online.
Bug Fixes
Rockstar North is working quickly to make updates and patches to fix glitches and errors in the game. Thanks to these updates, players can enjoy new vehicles, weapons and other items. These updates have been free so far.
Once the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions come out, players currently playing GTA 5 on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 will be able to transfer their progress and characters to their new consoles, should they choose to upgrade.
