Ariana Grande and Big Sean both took to Instagram to share their new single.

The two shared similar snippets of the song "Best Mistake" through black-and-white videos. Grande's new album will be released on Aug. 25.

"Best Mistake" was released on midnight on Aug. 12.

In Grande's video, she sings, "Break up / Make up / Total waste of time / Can we please make up our minds / And stop acting like we're fine," the pop star cries with a tone that really says, "It's over, boy."

Big Sean also shared a snippet, which Grande reposted.

His verse says, "I guess time's wasting / Tick-Tocking / Lip-Locking / How can we keep the feelings fresh / How do we Zip-lock it."

This is the third time Ariana Grande and Big Sean have collaborated. He is also featured in "Problem" and "Right There."

The two have been rumored to be dating.

"They have been friends since they made the song together. They have been spending more time together and recently have been getting very close. They are both doing great," a source told E!

It does seem that the two are spending time together.

In late July, he shared a picture of himself with Ariana Grande's dog on Instagram.

An eyewitness said the two were kissing at a movie.

When explaining "Best Mistake," Grande only had good things to say about Big Sean.

'I did another song with one of my best friends, Big Sean, and it's called Best Mistake, and it's one of my favourites on the album," she said.

Big Sean and Grande both came out of relationships recently.

Big Sean was engaged to Naya Rivera, and the two called broke up earlier this year.

Grande's relationship with Jai Brooks ended more recently, after the death of her grandfather. The singer felt as though Brooks wasn't there for her when she needed him.
