Ariana Grande Naked and Topless Pics: Actress Claims Leaked Nude Photos of Her Are Fake
Leaked nude photos on Sunday that were allegedly of Ariana Grande are fake, the singer insists.
"The photos are completely fake," a spokesperson told Buzzfeed, reported The Independent.
Grande was one of hundreds of celebrities targeted by a mass hacking, possibly through an iCloud leak, but she insists she has proof that the photos are fake.
"to every1 going on about my "nudes" & my "m&g prices" neither are real! my lil ass is a lot cuter than that lmao & tour details r comin soon," Grande tweeted, according to MTV.
The hack targeted many celebs when a user of the website 4chan posted the stolen photos, which are now in the hands of the FBI.
"The FBI is aware of the allegations concerning computer intrusions and the unlawful release of material involving high profile individuals, and is addressing the matter. Any further comment would be inappropriate at this time," according to a statement by the bureau, Crave Online reports.
But despite the claims of unauthenticity, the Internet has taken on the burden to try and figure out itself, Crave reports.
Reddit users have search for Grande and others' results in a series of photos in attempts to verify the authenticity. Some users have gone through Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and other sites for photos of the celebrities in an attempt to compare, side-by-side, the photos that would prove the hacked photos are real.
Some have gone into details of jewelry and clothing, while others have even identified body marks, all to prove that the photos are not fakes and are really of Grande, Crave reports.
Other celebrities who were on the list of those hacked include Jennifer Lawrence, Rihanna, Kim Kardashian, Mary Kate Olsen, Cara Delevingne, Kate Bosworth, Selena Gomez, Vanessa Hudgens, Kate Upton, Kirsten Dunst and Kaley Cucoo, according to The Independent.
A representative for Jennifer Lawrence confirmed the authenticity of the photos, though.
"This is a flagrant violation of privacy. The authorities have been contacted and will prosecute anyone who posts the stolen photos of Jennifer Lawrence," Buzzfeed reported, according to The Independent.
