Latin Social Media Wrap Up: Latino Stars Share Labor Day Photos on Social Media
This week, Latino stars were sharing online the details about their busy Labor Day Weekends! Making time for both work and play, here is what a few celebrities were buzzing about on social media...
Sofia Vergara took some time to relax with her new boyfriend, "True Blood" star Joe Manganiello. The "Modern Family" actress posted a selfie while she sat aboard an airplane, captioning it, "Ciaooo Atlanta! Next Stop" and several hours later she posted another shot of her destination, "Heaven," otherwise known as Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
She shared a photo of the couple lounging while on vacation, cropping only half of her face in the frame, and showing Manganiello lying shirtless while smoking a cigar. Vergara posted the photo to her WhoSay page, saying: "#liveittobelieveit."
Manganiello also tweeted about the couple's romantic getaway. The actor thanked the resort where he and Vergara stayed, tweeting on Tuesday "Muchas Gracias" to the Zöetry Resorts' Casa del Mar Los Cabos. "It was an amazing weekend." Manganiello signed off the tweet "J&S," indicating the pair both enjoyed their time south of the border.
Eiza Gonzalez spent her Labor Day with now-confirmed beau DJ Cotrona. The actress and singer posted a "no filter" image of the gorgeous couple riding in a car. "On Labor Day we hang out with handsome fellas," she tweeted.
Gonzalez then shared an Instagram photo confirming that the DJ was really her new boyfriend.
"This guy has been with me in the best and worst, and has helped me go through everything with a huge smile on my face," the star shared. "Thank God for bringing you into my life! I couldn't be more lucky to have such a beautiful inside out person as my life partner! Te amo mi amor!"
While some got away to relax on the beach, other celebs were hard at work! Pop icon Ricky Martin shared via social media that he was busy working on shooting a music video for his new single of his album "VIDA." The pop singer posted an Instagram photo of him dressed in a slick suit, adding the hashtag #1940, possibly hinting that the video or just his costume was throwback-inspired.
